Yoga Classes

Studio Yoga Classes are held in our peaceful studios.

Hatha Yoga classes are typically comprised of three parts:

1. Hatha Yoga (physical exercises)

2. Pranayama (breathing exercises)

3. Raja Yoga (practice of Pranayama and meditation)

Classes are of one-hour duration and are taught in small groups.Please see class details for more information.We can also supply more information about classes with Guruji: contact us and mention that you are interested in the schedule for Guruji's yoga classes on the form.

Sometimes after the yoga class, there is an opportunity to listen to explanations on yoga and spirituality, and to ask Guruji questions.

  • Sat         10.00-11.00

Additional Information
  • For your own comfort please wear loose and comfortable clothing
  • It is advisable not to eat three to four hours before and half an hour after a yoga class.
