Yoga Classes in Gisborne
Yoga Classes are held via Zoom.
Hatha Yoga classes are typically comprised of three parts:
- Hatha Yoga (physical exercises)
- Pranayama (breathing exercises)
- Raja Yoga (practice of Pranayama and meditation)
Classes are of one-hour duration. Sometimes, during or after the yoga class, there is an opportunity to listen to explanations on yoga and spirituality, and to ask Guruji questions.
Yoga Class Times:
- Monday 10.00-11.00
- Thursday 10.00-11.00
Additional Information: For your own comfort please wear loose and comfortable clothing. It is advisable not to eat three to four hours before a yoga class, and it is best to wait for half an hour before you eat again after a yoga class.
