Yoga Classes in Gisborne
Yoga Classes are held in our peaceful studio.
Hatha Yoga classes are typically comprised of three parts:
- Hatha Yoga (physical exercises)
- Pranayama (breathing exercises)
- Raja Yoga (practice of Pranayama and meditation)
Classes are of one-hour duration and are taught in small groups. Sometimes after the yoga class, there is an opportunity to listen to explanations on yoga and spirituality, and to ask Guruji questions.
Yoga Class Times:
- Monday 10.00-11.00
- Thursday 10.00-11.00
- Saturday 10.00-11.00
Additional Information: For your own comfort please wear loose and comfortable clothing. It is advisable not to eat three to four hours before a yoga class, and it is best to wait for half an hour before you eat again after a yoga class.
